Free Piglet

Many of you who are regular visitors to this site may be wondering about the new "free Piglet" icon over in the links ( no pun intended) section. Let me assure you that this is a very serious topic that directly impacts the whole porcine Shorewood community. As those of you who managed to stay awake during the recent Alumni awards assembly know, the actor who gave voice to the timeless character of Piglet in the last several Disney movies graduated from Shorewood High School. Which is why we should be outraged that several communities in England recently banned piglet from public display because he might be offensive to Muslims. Honestly I had no idea that Piglet was such a subversive religious icon... However now that there is a full fledged "free piglet" movement starting, posting the icon is the least we can do. Perhaps t-shirts and wrist bands will follow...
