In the first picture notice that while everyone else is looking ahead Dennis is watching Zach to see how he starts.
This next picture speaks for itself.
This was a great race. Neither runner was willing to give an inch. Normally one person will tuck in behind the other and 'draft' for a while. Not here. They ran side by side the whole way. Zach was even willing to run the corners wide rather than give any ground. They both ran flat out the whole way.
I did post new pictures in the slide show link for the Rebel invite two weeks ago and the more recent Shorewood invite. The SI pictures turned out really well ... the music is still lame. Also Dr. Mahn put up some shots on the 'Mahn files'.
