I've mentioned Flo Track before ( there is a link on the right), however now there is a local angle. They are letting volunteers post video series this year and a red shirt freshman at UW Lacrosse is aparently going to put there whole season on line as it happens. The first video so far is of the Paavo Nurmi marathon, which is run as a five man relay. That makes sense because the men's race in college is 5 miles. Anyway the video is awesome... the link is here:
