Are you running yet?

Okay, I'm going to get some grief for this post but the article is too good to ignore.

Runner's world is out with a lengthy interview of Sarah Palin that focuses on her 35 years as a runner. In particular she talks about running in -30 degree weather and running at night and early in the morning in order to stay on track for her goals. It kind of puts our weather into perspective.

Even if you don't like her politics, you should still read the article. If for no other eason than to remember that running transcends politics.

What's on her running IPOD?

"I kick off my runs with the old Van Halen and AC/DC, then I get into my country music, then I always wrap it up with a couple mellow Amy Grant songs."

Cheers,

dash
