Can't stop the signal

The wife and I attended a sneak preview for the new movie Serenity last night. The movie opens this weekend and I would highly reccomend it. It is a sci-fi space opera along the lines of the original Star wars. It was done on a tight budget by a group of actors that were obviously having a lot of fun. The plot is average but the writing is excellent, the effects are well done, and there are some very funny lines. The audience last night laughed out loud about fifty times. Also, like Star wars, the language is clean, everyone keeps their clothes on, and the action is intense but not gratuitous. It was a great movie that should do very well.
